Description
The initial focus for this project was to develop a ‘one-stop shop’ for information, resources, tools, services, research and publications about FASD in Australia.
Since the development phase in 2017 a great body of new information, research updates, publications and resources, including videos, has been collated or produced and uploaded to the FASD Hub website.
A Service Directory which provides information on services and clinics across Australia offering FASD assessment and diagnosis was established and continues to grow with more health professionals with experience working in FASD registering for the directory.
The FASD Hub also features a Publications database with more than 400 references, an annual webinar series and houses a Learning Management System currently platforming a 7-module eLearning course for health professionals.
The FASD Hub Australia is a collaboration of The Kids Research Institute Australia and The University of Sydney, funded under the Drug and Alcohol Program of The Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
