Director, Partnerships and Engagement

Louise is a strategic leader with a career spanning marketing, commercial growth, philanthropy, and social impact. Over the past decade, she has held senior executive and advisory roles across corporate, government, and for-purpose sectors, with a strong focus on building brands and partnerships that unlock long-term value and meaningful change.

Most recently, Louise ran a specialist consultancy focused on advocacy and strategy, supporting organisations to strengthen their voice, clarify purpose, and navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Louise brings a strong commercial lens to her work, shaped by years leading global marketing teams and launching new ventures, alongside a deep commitment to equity and systems-level impact.

She has more than 10 years’ experience as a Non-Executive Director across arts and community service organisations, giving her a strong grounding in governance, risk, and stakeholder accountability.

In her new role at The Kids, Louise is focused is bringing the new strategic plan, Research Reimagined, to life and further developing strategic partnerships that drive research translation, attract philanthropic and commercial investment, and broaden the real-world impact of medical science & research.
